How to tackle every exam | Things to do in exam day
As the exam seasons are coming up, every students seems hyped. Especially if the subject is as tough as Physics, it's no wonder.
If you want to perform well in your Physics exam or any exams for that matter, follow this 6 simple things to eliminate your fear anxiety or any other stresses that you're having.
1. Sleep
Healthy sleep is one of the most important thing that you need to get before your physics exam day. It helps you focus well and trust me it helps you remember things clearly. What ever you have studied the other day, you'll have a vivid memory of that. So make sure you get at least 6 hours of sleep before your exam day.
2. Meditate
The monks have said again and again that mediation is one of the most powerful tool that will help you to focus. It is true and is proven scientifically now. So, if it is your exam day make sure to meditate at least 10 minutes the moment you wake up in the morning. Trust me it will help you to focus well and also relieve you from your exam stress.
3. Recall
The third thing is recalling. You've probably recalled like a 100 times already if this is your exam day. However I will still recommend you to actively recall all those things that you've covered in the past few days before going for your exam. No matter how much of a genius you think you are you need recalling to fill your memory up with the contents of your last night study and recalling helps you do that.
4. Think Positively
Positive thinking is the key to filling your head with good contents. You can chat affirmations in your head if you're having bad thoughts about your exam. Don't get into the exam hall with bad thoughts in your head make sure to fill your head up with all the positive things that you can think of about the exam.
5. Drink enough water
This may sound silly, as you probably already know but make sure to drink at least 6 glasses of water before you make your appearance at the exam hall. Sometimes in stress you may forget to drink water and go on to the exam hall without washing your inner with fresh water. So, make sure to drink clean and fresh fluids before your exam.
6. Go and crack it
At this point there is nothing to be said as if you have followed the above steps faithfully the you're all set and ready to crack your exam. Attempt every questions with full confidence and remember the positive thinking. You will get through this and come out on the other side with good marks.!!
